Our Policies

Kid's Life, Inc. takes great pride in offering quality products and services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with a product, simply return the product within 30 days of our shipping date, in its original packaging, and a credit or refund will be given for the value of the product. Products that are open may not be returned. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please either email us at customercare@kidskatch.com or call us Toll Free at (866)330-6664 for an authorization code prior to returning the product.

Sales Tax

Shipping to a MA address will be subject to 5% state sales tax (apparel excluded) 

Privacy

Kid's Life, Inc. will make every effort to protect the privacy of our customers. We will not sell or share our customer information.

Back Orders

Kid's Life, Inc. will make every effort to fill your order. If we cannot provide all of the products you have ordered, we will backorder those items that are currently out of stock.

LIMITED WARRANTY

Kid's Life, Inc. warrants your rod/reel combo to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage of malfunctions caused by accidents; abuse, or normal expected wear. If your combo has a defect within the terms of the warranty, return it to us insured and we will repair or replace your combo, at our option, without further cost to you. If, however, we determine after inspection that the repair is not covered by the provisions of this warranty, the combo will be repaired or replaced to you at a reasonable charge for labor, parts, and return postage. All warranties, which many be implied by operation of law, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and warranties of fitness for any particular purpose, shall be limited to one year from the date of purchase. In no event shall Kid's Life, Inc. be liable for consequential or special damages for breach of this warranty or any other warranty, which may be implied by law. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and some stated do not allow the exclusion of consequential or special damages. So the above limitation and / or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
